Both hands will be performing this mudra. Each hand will make a different mudra.
Time:
7 minutes, 4x a day, 8 minutes interval
Benefits:
In energy theory, the Bladder is emotionally assigned to self-orientation.
In order to start in any direction or to be able to do things in a targeted manner, we need self-orientation as a basis.
Therefore the energy of the bladder is of great importance.
In older people, it is often not possible to control the bladder – this mudra will help them gain better control.
