Hands:
Both hands will be used. Different mudras will be done with both hands.
Time:
5 minutes, 7x a day, 50 minutes interval
In Acute Illness:
17 minutes, 8x a day, 4 minutes interval

This mudra can help to relieve the following :
- Periodically recurring pain in the ears, Ear sensitivity in wind and weather, Pain due to Allergies, colds, etc.
