Both hands will perform different mudras.
Time:
3 minutes, 5x a day, 5 minutes interval
Benefits:
- This mudra can be very helpful during traveling when a different climate and different kinds of food can sometimes cause an imbalance in the intestine.
- In the acute condition, we should use it more than 5 times a day.
- This mudra can also be used for menstrual cramps - combine with the Mudra for Menstrual Cramps for better results.
