Time:
4 minutes, 3x a day, 6-minute interval.
In Acute Illness:
18 minutes, 5x a day, 8-minute interval.
Benefits:
- This mudra specifically supports the energy in the arms.
- It is helpful in relieving pain in the wrists.
- Patience is required to obtain lasting benefits, as the joint pain did not develop overnight, hence balance also takes a little longer.
- If pain is acute, then we should adhere to the timings mentioned for “acute illness”.
