- Wood is thus the season of Rebirth and New Growth. It denotes movement. It is a vigorous, vibrant energy force.
- The organs associated with Wood are the Liver and Gallbladder.
- The liver oversees our planning and execution abilities, and the Gallbladder is in charge of decision-making.
- A balanced Wood Element makes us generous, tolerant, warm-hearted, creative, and organizational.
- The emotion of the Wood element is Anger.
- When our Wood element becomes imbalanced, our vision becomes clouded (both direct and indirectly).
- We lose our purpose and are no longer able to plan or execute our plans. This makes us prone to anger and frustration. We could develop a tendency to become aggressive, pushy, and forceful.
- The Wood Element governs our eyes, tendons, nerves, nails, and nervous system.
- Wood ensures the emotions, digestion, sleep, menstruation all run smoothly.
- In our lives, the Wood Element corresponds to our childhood and adolescence, when we undergo physical mental, and emotional development. Our bodies rapidly develop muscles and we quickly adopt the behavioral patterns of society through observation and interaction.
