How to perform :
- Join the tips of the Ring and Small fingers to the tip of the Thumb.
- The other fingers are kept straight and relaxed.
- Place the palms, face-up, on your knees or thighs.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Perform the mudra with both hands.
Benefits of Pran Mudra :
- Through Mudras, the optimal flow of energy within the Prana Vayus can be re-established.
- Specific Mudras for each Prana Vayu activate that particular Vayu individually by directing breath to the systems and areas of the body related to the Prana Vayu.
- This mudra increases the Kapha dosha and decreases the Pitta dosha in the body.

Precautions :
- Overweight persons or those having an aggravated Kapha dosha should perform in moderation.
