Mudra for Allergies

Hands:
For doing this mudra you can use any one hand - either the right or left. Or it can be done with both hands as well.
Duration:
7 minutes, 4 x a day, 15 minutes interval.
In Acute Illness:
17 minutes, 8 x a day, 16 minutes interval.
Benefits:

  • Allergies of all kinds such as hay fever, rhinitis, allergic asthma, etc.
  • The Allergy Mudra brings a balance within the body so that the body can become less stressed during an allergic attack.
  • Only when the stress is lessened can the body’s self-healing powers be brought to the fore.
  • In an acute state of an allergy, the mudra can be performed with the right or left or if possible, with both hands at the same time, keeping it for a longer time, as indicated above.
