Hands:
This mudra is performed with both hands. Both hands will perform different mudras.
Time:
4 minutes, 4x a day, 5 minutes interval.
Benefits:

  • This mudra will help in improving the circulation in the body.
  • However, the reasons for poor circulation should be looked into, and for this, a doctor’s advice is necessary.
  • Certain food and drink habits can also affect circulation, such as too much tea/coffee consumption, too many sweets, or smoking. Without giving up these habits, this mudra will not be able to give lasting results.
