Both hands are used, making different mudras with both hands.
Time:
9 minutes, 4x a day, 15 minutes interval
Benefits:
- The energy in the Hip is represented as fundamental energy in our body.
- This includes the pelvic area, the intestines, the genital organ, and the hip joint and lumbar vertebrae, which often can cause pain.
- The Hip and Pelvis area also controls the energy in the legs.
- This mudra can be used to keep the energy of these areas in balance.
- Also, use this mudra in combination with the Mudra for Legs Problems to balance the energies of both the area.
