Both hands will be used for this mudra.
Time:
15 minutes daily, 4x a day, 35 minutes interval.
In Acute Illness:
30 minutes daily, 6x a day, 25 minutes interval.
Benefits:
Relieves pain in all the joints of the body. Can be used for specific joints also.
