Hands:
Both hands will be used for this mudra, and both will perform different mudras.
Time:
3 minutes, 2x daily, 25 minutes interval
In Illness:
5 minutes, 4x daily, 20 minutes interval
Benefits:

- If using this mudra as a preventive for hair damage or grey, then follow the duration mentioned under "time".
