Both Hands will perform different mudras.
Time:
3 minutes, 3x a day, 12 minutes interval.
Benefits:

  • Upset Stomach is caused when the mucosal cells in the lining of the stomach are irritated or inflamed.
  • When you have an upset stomach caused by too much food or drink, or impure food or drink, it can result in a feeling of heaviness, bloating, gas, belching, acid reflux, and overall discomfort.
  • This mudra will help to deal with such a situation.
  • However, do not use this mudra as a ticket to eating junk food or eating larger meals.
  • In the case of sensitive stomachs, use this mudra more than 3 times a day.
  • It can also be used for prevention.
