Adho Merudanda Mudra (Mudra for the Lower / Lumbar Spine)

How to perform :
- Curl all fingers into the palm to make a light fist.
- Extend the thumbs out.
- Place the palms on the thighs or knees, facing downwards, with thumbs pointing towards each other.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Perform the mudra with both hands.

- Energy comes into the base and lowers third of the spinal column, nervous system, and the mooladhaar chakra.
- Perform this mudra for 5-10 minutes twice a day along with the Merudanda mudra for curing lower back pain.
- This mudra should be done with deep long breaths.
