How to perform:
- Join together both the hands in the Namaskar gesture, keeping the fingers together.
- Let there be a small space of openness in the centre of the palms, with the fingers joined together.
- Place the mudra before the heart.
- Thumbs can rest against the shenum or slightly away from the body.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Traditional Indian gesture of greeting.
- Literally Meaning - I bow to you.
- Represents the belief that there is a Divine spark in each of us located at the Heart Chakra.
