How to perform:
  1. Join together both the hands in the Namaskar gesture, keeping the fingers together.
  2. Let there be a small space of openness in the centre of the palms, with the fingers joined together.
  3. Place the mudra before the heart.
  4. Thumbs can rest against the shenum or slightly away from the body.
  5. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
  • Traditional Indian gesture of greeting.
  • Literally Meaning - I bow to you.
  • Represents the belief that there is a Divine spark in each of us located at the Heart Chakra.
