How to perform :
  1. Place the index finger on the base of the Thumb.
  2. Join together the tips of the Thumb, Middle and Ring fingers.
  3. The other fingers are kept straight and relaxed.
  4. Place the palms, face-up, on your knees or thighs.
  5. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
