How to perform :
- Sit in Sukhasana (Cross legged) or Padmasana.
- Place your left hand on your palm, facing up.
- Keep your right hand over the left hand, facing up.
- The thumbs can be joined lightly together at the tips or can be placed on top of each other.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
