How to perform :
  1. Sit in Sukhasana (Cross legged) or Padmasana.
  2. Place your left hand on your palm, facing up.
  3. Keep your right hand over the left hand, facing up.
  4. The thumbs can be joined lightly together at the tips or can be placed on top of each other.
  5. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
