How to perform :
- Place the thumbs in the middle of the palms.
- Wrap the other around the thumb forming a gentle fist.
- Place your palms on the thighs or knees, facing downwards.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Perform the mudra with both hands.
