How to perform :
  1. Place the thumbs in the middle of the palms.
  2. Wrap the other around the thumb forming a gentle fist.
  3. Place your palms on the thighs or knees, facing downwards.
  4. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
  5. Perform the mudra with both hands.
