How to perform :
  1. Raise the arms directly overhead while drawing the shoulders downwards.
  2. Bend the elbows and place palms on the shoulder blades.
  3. Relax the shoulders down.
  4. The neck and head should be kept straight.
Benefits of Jyestha Sharira Mudra :
  • "Jyeshtha" means 'eldest' or 'highest'.
