How to perform :
- Join together the tips of the index Finger and Thumb in as perfect a circle as possible.
- Keep all other fingers straight and relaxed.
- Place your palms on the thighs or knees, facing downwards.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Perform the mudra with both hands.
