How to perform :
- With the fingers together, stretch the thumbs away from the fingers.
- Gently press thumbs into the armpit and rest the index finger at the upper chest.
- Keep forearms and palms parallel with the earth.
- Keep the spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Benefits of Madhyama Sharira Mudra :
- "Madhyama" means middle.

- Releases tension from our middle back.
Precautions:
Avoid pressure on the lymph nodes under the armpit in case of breast or lymphatic cancers.
