How to perform :
  1. With the fingers together, stretch the thumbs away from the fingers.
  2. Gently press thumbs into the armpit and rest the index finger at the upper chest.
  3. Keep forearms and palms parallel with the earth.
  4. Keep the spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Benefits of Madhyama Sharira Mudra :

  • Releases tension from our middle back.
Precautions:
Avoid pressure on the lymph nodes under the armpit in case of breast or lymphatic cancers.
