How to perform :

  1. Put the tip of the index finger on the first joint of the Thumb.
  2. Keep the other fingers extended straight.
  3. Place the palms on the knees or thighs, facing upwards.
  4. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
  5. Perform the mudra with both hands.
