Poorna Prana Nadi Mudra ( Mudra for all the Lobes of Lungs )

How to perform :
- Place the thumbs in the middle of the palms.
- Wrap the other fingers around the thumb forming a gentle fist.
- Turn the fists upwards so the knuckles of both hands touch each other.
- Place your hands just below the navel, touching the abdomen slightly.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Perform the mudra with both hands.
