- These are technically energetic mudras (Prana = life force, nadi = channel) that work with the breath.
- They channel breath and prana into the lungs and torso in a particular configuration.
- There are 4 Prana Nadi Mudras.
- Practice these by themselves or after the sharira mudras.
- Once you have learned them, you may practice them individually, depending upon your needs and desired effects.
- In the beginning, it is recommended to practice them together to provide a contrast of sensations that will allow you to see more clearly the effect of each mudra.
