How to perform :
  1. Join the tips of the Index Finger and Ring Finger to the tip of the Thumb.
  2. The other fingers are kept straight and relaxed.
  3. Place the palms, face-up on your knees or thighs.
  4. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
