How to perform :
  1. Place the Thumb inside the palm.
  2. Cover the Thumb with the index and middle fingers.
  3. Join the small and Ring Finger of the Right hand to the corresponding Small and Ring Finger of the right hand to the corresponding Small and Ring Fingers of the left hand.
  4. Perform the mudra with both hands.
  5. Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.

  • Relaxes the Pelvic area. 
  • Counteracts spasms in Intestines and menstrual pain.

  • Increases depth of respiration in the lower chest area. That is, it regulates the respiration activity above the stomach.

  • Slow urination is rectified.
Precaution :
  • If this mudra is overdone, it may cause uneasiness. Therefore do it only as much as needed.
  • Do not perform the mudra during the periods. It should be performed before or after.
