How to perform :
- Interlock all the fingers.
- Join the Index fingers to each other. Keep them straight, pointing upwards.
- Join the Thumbs together and extend them downwards.
- Keep the other fingers interlocked.
- Keep your hands in front of the navel.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
Benefits of Uttarbodhi Mudra :
- Uttarbodhi Mudra can also be called the mudra of Enlightenment. As the sun of enlightenment dawns, fears are dispelled.
