- Ashwagandharishta is a liquid Ayurveda medicine that contains about 5 – 10 % of self-generated natural alcohol. This self generated alcohol and the water present in the product acts as a medium to deliver water and alcohol soluble active herbal components to the body. This is also called "Asvagandharishtam".
- Useful in nervous disorders improves memory, used in epilepsy, insanity, infertility and in piles and also useful in infertility. Treats burning sensation of feet and palms. Useful in treating tension, anxiety, and general weakness.
- It is a liquid Ayurveda medicine used in the treatment of feeling tired all the time, psychiatric conditions, dullness, loss of memory, sluggishness, epilepsy, stomach problems like low digestion power, emaciation, Piles and Vata imbalance diseases.
- It can be taken in the morning, at night, or at any other time of the day.
- It is usually taken as 3 grams, 2 to 3 times a day for adults. It can be consumed with warm milk and should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning or at night before going to sleep.
