- So many of us were taught conditional love.
- Therefore, we believe that we need to earn love.
- We feel that we are not lovable if we don't have a great job or a good relationship
or a body like a model. This is nonsense.
- We do not have to earn the right to breathe.
- It is God-given because we exist.
- So too is the right to love and be loved.
- The fact that we exist means that we are worth loving.
- I do not have to earn love.
- I am lovable because I exist and others reflect the love I have for myself.
